For this brief, I was required to choose binary word combinations (such as Yes/No, On/Off) and personify the type to create an expressive image.

In the first pair, I chose Land and Sea. Wanting to make each design unique, but still remain connected, I designed both images using Cinema 4D to show realistic textures and lighting.

In the second pair, I chose Rise and Fall. To link these two images, I created the type effects in Photoshop and linked the concepts with the metaphor of the Water Cycle. Water rises up into the clouds and falls back down in the form of rain.
