In my role with Implementation and Impact, I was tasked with designing a new template for the Statewide Staffroom to promote Professional Learning modules.

I copied the original Canva template and modified its design to align with the department’s branding and future needs. I then tested the layout in Microsoft Teams and adjusted it for optimal user experience. After presenting my concepts, I supplied multiple mockup post templates and provided interchangeable graphics to enhance usability.

This project improved engagement with the Professional Learning modules and streamlined the process for future posts.
